Shipping and delivery

Shipping Policy
All Lowcountry Dog Walkers merch is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is produced specifically for you, please allow a bit of extra time compared to shipping pre-stocked goods.

Production Time
Most items are produced within 2–7 business days before they ship, depending on the product (apparel typically ships faster than items like hats or accessories). Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Time
Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Order Processing
Orders are sent to Printful for production shortly after purchase. Because production begins quickly, we're unable to modify or cancel orders once they've entered production — please double check sizing and shipping address at checkout.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size.

Multiple Items
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each product is produced, since Printful uses different fulfillment facilities for different product types. You may receive more than one shipping confirmation.
