Returns and refunds

Return Policy
Because all Lowcountry Dog Walkers merch is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons like incorrect size ordered, change of mind, or general buyer's remorse. Each item is produced specifically for your order, so we can't restock or resell returned goods the way a traditional retailer can.

We will replace or refund your order if:

• You received the wrong item or size
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• There's a print/design flaw (misprint, off-center design, poor print quality)
• Your package was lost in transit
  
  How to request a replacement or refund
  
  Email us at hello@lowcountrydogwalkers.com within 14 days of delivery with:
  
  -Your order number
  -A photo of the item (showing the issue, size tag, or damage)
  -A brief description of the problem
  

We'll review and, if approved, send a free replacement or issue a refund — no need to ship the item back to us.

Sizing

Please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering, since incorrect sizing selected by the customer isn't eligible for a free replacement. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out before ordering and we're happy to help.

Damaged or Lost in Transit
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, or it arrives visibly damaged, contact us within 21 days so we can file a claim and get you a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
Because these are made-to-order products, we do not accept mail-in returns. All resolutions are handled via replacement or refund as outlined above.
